Thin (1 cup)
1 Tb butter
1 Tb flour
1/4 t salt
1 cup Milk
Medium (1 cup)
2 TB butter
2 Tb flour
1/4 t salt
1 cup milk
In a saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and dash pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
(Add grated cheese to taste)
